AutoLuxe Customs

By booking a service or leaving your vehicle with AutoLuxe Customs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit is received.
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations or no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture.
2. Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Customers must ensure their vehicle is roadworthy, clean, and emptied of personal items before drop-off.
AutoLuxe is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Vehicles must be collected within 24 hours of completion unless otherwise agreed. Storage fees may apply after this period.
3. Service Warranty & Liability
We guarantee workmanship for 12 months on wraps, tints, and paint protection, under proper care.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage (paint, panels, trim, rust, electrical)
Wear and tear on aging or poorly maintained vehicles
Post-installation damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or third-party interference
Paint protection film and wraps may have minor visible edges and are applied to industry standards.
4. Modifications & Aftermarket Parts
All aftermarket work is performed at the owner’s risk.
AutoLuxe will not be responsible for any complications involving insurance, MOT compliance, or road legality of modified parts or tints.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check legality of tints or styling modifications in their region.
5. Image & Media Consent
We may request to photograph or record your vehicle for marketing purposes (website, social media).
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us directly.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
We accept cash, card, and bank transfers.
Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate vehicle information prior to work starting.
Customers are expected to inspect their vehicle on collection. Any concerns must be raised immediately.
AutoLuxe reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer without explanation.
8. Legal & General
AutoLuxe Customs is not liable for any legal or financial consequences resulting from modifications performed at your request.
These Terms may be updated at any time without notice.
All work carried out is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
By leaving your vehicle with AutoLuxe, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
